Intact Mass Spectrometry Services for Covalent Fragment Screening

Momentum is a leading provider of covalent binding assays for drug discovery and development. With intact mass spectrometry (Intact-MS) services, covalent fragment libraries can be readily screened in high-throughput. Our automated screening workflow integrates mass spectrometry hardware and analysis tools with in-house custom software to enable throughputs of up to 5K compounds per day. Secondary assays are also available to rank-order compound leads by potency (K_inact/K_i determination) or elucidate sequence selectivity (peptide mapping). Compounds of interest can be followed up in cell lysates or live cells with our activity-based protein profiling services.
