Our team delivers advanced mass spectrometry-based proteomics, analyzing tens of thousands of samples annually across diverse types, including biochemical and cellular samples (down to hundreds of cells), tissues (fresh-frozen, FFPE), biofluids (plasma, serum, CSF, urine), and extracellular vesicles. All human sample preparation is performed under BSL-2 authorization, ensuring safe and fully compliant workflows.

Our core MS-based proteomics infrastructure supports all of our proteomic capabilities, including chemical proteomics, protein-protein interaction studies, and biochemical / chemical biology workflows. We tailor experimental setups and study designs for our clients’ needs and the specific requirements of each project. Our expertise spans global proteome profiling, phosphoproteomics, and ubi-proteomics, as well as high-throughput proteomic screening of tens of thousands of samples to support the discovery of PROTACs or molecular glue degraders. Equipped with industry-leading instrumentation, including Tribrid instruments and the Astral Zoom, we deliver comprehensive proteome coverage and sensitive detection for complex samples.

Quantification strategies are selected to match the scientific question, with a toolbox that includes TMT, SILAC, other isotopic labeling approaches, label-free quantification, and isotopically labeled peptide standards for targeted proteomics. Data processing relies on established, rigorously tested workflows and AI-assisted peptide and protein identification, ensuring reliable identification and precise, reproducible quantification.
