Activity-Based Protein Profiling Services

Activity-based protein profiling (ABPP) is a powerful chemoproteomic technique that uses reactive probes to map ligandable residues across a target of interest, as well as to identify the specific targets and binding sites of a reactive compound. At Momentum, we offer ABPP services through our CysScoutTM technology, which leverages reactive cysteine probes to enable the high-throughput,  proteome-wide evaluation of the cellular cysteinome. These assays can be performed as part of a covalent screening workflow or as a stand-alone experiment. In addition to CysScoutTM  for ABPP, our team can work with you to develop a customized workflow for the global analysis of non-cysteine residues at scale.
