Mass Spectrometry Services for High-Throughput Oligo Analysis and Modification Mapping with Rapid Turnaround

 

Momentum has extensive experience in the analysis of oligos by mass spectrometry, enabling a range of services with industry-leading turnaround time. By leveraging high-throughput sample preparation, multiple dedicated high-resolution LC-MS instruments, and automated data analysis software, our assays can measure over 5,000 samples a day, giving clients the answers they need to advance their research programs.

Our quantification and analysis services can be applied to a wide range of oligos, enabling their effective characterization. We routinely work with RNA/DNA oligos that are heavily modified and/or >100 nucleotides in length. In particular, we can perform adduct mapping via sequencing to identify site-specific modifications of DNA and RNA species. Our services are readily scalable, enabling high-throughput oligo analysis with rapid turnaround.
