The Proteome AtlasTM provides on-demand access to proteome profiles from over 250 cell lines, spanning diverse tissue and disease backgrounds across 5 different organisms and covering ~14,000 human proteins. This resource supports drug discovery and development by enabling researchers to determine:
- tissue and cell type specificity of proteins for efficacy and safety prediction
- abundance and co-occurrence of target proteins, off-target proteins, and E3 ligases
- appropriate model cell lines for experimental use
Because of its standardized approach, the Proteome AtlasTM enables assay data to be readily compared across cell lines and supports the estimation of protein copies per cell.
Flexible access options include:
- Cell Line Report: proteome-wide data for a specific cell line
- Single Protein Report: protein-specific data across all analyzed cell lines
- Global Repository Access: all data across all analyzed cell lines
In addition to the Proteome AtlasTM, we offer access to the Protein Turnover AtlasTM and Mouse Turnover AtlasTM, which provide comprehensive protein turnover information across cell lines and murine tissues.
